“The details are not the details. They make the design.” - Charles Eames

The primary goal of this condo renovation was to maximize space with clever storage solutions. The clients desired clean lines softened with durable materials that age beautifully. The result is a peaceful, welcoming and well-resolved home.

The contemporary, storage-filled kitchen features discrete full-height cabinetry with fully integrated appliances to minimize clutter. To ensure the longevity of the space, hardwearing and aesthetically pleasing materials such as white oak and sintered stone were selected. The master bedroom features a custom closet and a built-in bed with full-height storage within the headboard and seamlessly integrated drawers within the bed-frame. The bed also boasts integrated lighting within the headboard. His and Her home offices double as guest rooms to accommodate adult children when they come home to visit. Space-saving solutions, such as a built-in murphy bed, increase the functionality of the space and simplify hosting.

The consistent design language throughout delivers an atmosphere in which all spaces blend into a casually luxurious home.
