The aux box 620 is a manufactured home designed for two people to live comfortably. We worked in collaboration with the aux box team to design the largest of their product line for modular living.

The home features a spacious living room with efficient entry and media millwork; a full kitchen with a counter-height table; a bathroom with laundry and walk-in-shower; an airy bedroom that converts to an office with built-in storage solutions; and opportunities to add outdoor living space.

This light-filled home has been designed to provide authentic connection to the scenery beyond, whether it be a wooded lot or an ocean-front property. The material selections were informed by the aux box core principles of sophisticated minimalism and high standards for quality. The interior palette consists of white-washed pine wall cladding, white oak flooring, a combination of black and off-white millwork, and subtle black steel accents. The palette is rich with warmth and patina echoing longevity and timelessness.
